We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spinnaker timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the timepiece's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
